How It Works
Install SpeedTube from the Mac App Store and open the app.
Go to Safari > Settings > Extensions and enable SpeedTube.
Click the SpeedTube icon in the Safari toolbar to cycle speed.
Customize your speed presets in the SpeedTube settings page.
