Description of Service

SpeedTube is a Safari Web Extension for macOS that provides one-click video playback speed control with customizable speed presets. The Extension operates entirely within your browser on supported websites.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Not redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Extension to third parties
  • Not use the Extension for any unlawful or harmful purpose

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Metromedya and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metromedya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
