1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Translate PRO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License Grant
metromedya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Translate PRO for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Mac App Store terms.
2.1 Freemium Model
Translate PRO is provided free of charge with all features available. The App may display subscription prompts periodically. A premium subscription is available to remove these prompts and support ongoing development, but is not required for full functionality.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
- Respect intellectual property rights of the App and third-party services
4. Third-Party Services
Translate PRO integrates with third-party translation services including Google Translate and Apple's Translation framework. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is owned by metromedya and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data and prioritize your privacy. Translation history is stored locally on your device. When using online translation services, data may be transmitted to third-party providers. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Translation Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations provided through the App. Translations are provided by third-party services and may contain errors. You should not rely solely on automated translations for critical, legal, medical, or other important communications.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, metromedya SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. System Requirements
Translate PRO requires macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) or later. Some features require macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) or later. We are not responsible if the App does not function on your device due to incompatible system specifications.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and metromedya regarding the use of Translate PRO and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By using Translate PRO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
